  I called into Halfords as a soaking wet damsel in distress a few weeks ago. I was travelling along the M40 when my electric window opened briefly, then after hearing a big 'pop' wouldn't then close! It was raining pretty heavily that day and needed someone to have a look at my window as I was freezing cold and still along way off my destination. I parked up at Halfords in Uxbridge and the most lovely man "Patrick" saved the day but taping up the window once he'd managed to pull it up from inside the door! He was lovely - thankyou soooo much for your help. Great guy.
