  Ordered and paid for Next Day delivery at £10 ex VAT (there is no standard option) on Friday. On Monday was told item was out of stock and would be with me Thursday. I asked for a reduction on postage as I wasn't getting a next day service and was told I could cancel for a full refund or wait. The explanation was it was 'dispatched next day after we get it in stock'.
  Shambolic customer service, if you can go elsewhere.
