  This agency is a nightmare at some many levels. It is not even worth one star! I'm a former employee, I worked for them for a couple of years and never got a holiday pay. I chased them for a long time with no results. They ignored my calls and emails once I stopped working for them. They pretended to be nice at first, giving you shifts but the minute you can't cover one shift, you don't get anything. All of my colleagues had the same problem with holiday pay. Very unprofessional staff, taking things personally and not worth your time. They will rip you off!
